The reception staff were most helpful and the beds were absolutely divine, i just didn't want get up ! i will definitely be going back in december this year. lovely hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff -- from the reception to the coffee bar (which is open 24 hours!) I arrived far too early and the clerk worked to find me a room that was available immediately. I was given clear directions on how to get into Central London. Definitely a positive experience, except ....

.... the bed was rather lumpy. But not unacceptably so.
